Chemical Recycling Europe Conference postponed:
Webinars in September, October and November 2020
Chemical Recycling Europe and Polymer Comply Europe (PCE) have decided to postpone their 2nd European Chemical Recycling Conference scheduled to take place on 10 and 11 September 2020 to spring 2021.
The different timelines and strategies of withdrawal of pandemic prevention measures adopted by individual European countries have made it impossible to organise the event according to normal standards of quality and hospitality in the light of the recent developments of the coronavirus (Covid-19) situation. The organizers are currently looking for an alternative date for the conference and will communicate it as soon as it is confirmed. The postponed seminar most likely will take place in April or May 2021.
Instead Chemical Recycling Europe and Polymer Comply Europe are offering chemical recycling live webinars, focused mainly on few challenging policy areas:
- 24 September 2020 (16:00 - 18:00 CET):
How depolymerisation technologies contribute to the creation of a circular economy for plastics
- 29 October 2020 (15:00 – 17:00 CET):
End-of-Waste Criteria: a barrier or powerful tool in creation of circular economy for plastics
- November 2020:
Mass balance approach: sustainability claims and incorporation of chemically recycled
